• Personalized Training : skills diagnostics, adaptive learning path generation, progress tracking
• Communication : responding to your contact requests, sending information about our services
• Platform Improvement : usage statistics, AI algorithm optimization, bug fixes

• Consent : for video interviews, AI analysis of applications, and use of non-essential cookies
• Contractual Performance : for providing recruitment and training services

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Our platform uses artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze applications and personalize learning paths.

• Generate job/candidate compatibility scores

5. Data Recipients

• Client Companies : as part of recruitment processes you apply to
• Anthropic (USA) : AI analysis of CVs, scoring, matching, video/voice interviews (Claude Sonnet 4.6 / Haiku 4.5)
• Stripe (USA/Ireland) : payment processing for paid training courses
• Twilio (USA) : voice agent phone calls (for candidates who consented to voice interviews)
• SendGrid (USA) : transactional email delivery (fallback)
• Meta / WhatsApp / LinkedIn (USA/EU) : candidate messaging and multi-channel publishing (only with consent)
• Competent Authorities : only in case of legal obligation

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:

• Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• Strict role-based access control (RBAC)
• Monitoring and logging of access to sensitive data
• Regular backups and disaster recovery plan
• Penetration testing and regular security audits

7. Retention Period

• Application data (CVs, profiles) : 24 months from the last interaction, unless earlier deletion is requested
• Video recordings : 12 months after the end of the relevant recruitment process
• Training data : duration of contractual relationship + 12 months
• Contact data : 36 months after last contact
• Cookies : 13 months maximum

Our website uses the following types of cookies:

• Essential Cookies : necessary for website operation (session, authentication, language preferences)

10. Cross-border Data Transfers

The use of advanced AI involves transferring some data to providers located outside Morocco. We inform you explicitly of these transfers, in accordance with Article 43 of Law 09-08:

• United States (Anthropic, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Meta, LinkedIn) : data required for AI scoring, payments, voice/video interviews, candidate messaging, and multi-channel publishing
• European Union (cloud providers, CDN) : hosting of static resources and certain secondary operations

11. Behavioral analysis and sourcing

Two specific processings deserve your attention:

• Video analysis (Nadia agent) : during a video interview, we analyze your verbal answers and non-verbal indicators (posture, gaze, expression) to help recruiters evaluate the profile's fit. This processing is subject to separate explicit consent at the start of each interview. You may refuse without losing access to other evaluation modes.
• AI sourcing (enrichment) : to prepare an outreach, we may consult public profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub) via their official APIs or aggregated providers (Proxycurl). We only retain such enriched data if you apply or consent to be contacted.
