Le Scoring IA de Next Data analyse chaque CV reçu via LLM pour extraire les compétences réelles (vs déclarées), calcule un score pondéré sur 5 critères, indexe le profil dans ChromaDB par embeddings vectoriels (nomic-embed-text), et l'ajoute automatiquement à votre CVthèque pour vos futures recherches sémantiques.

Quelle différence entre compétences déclarées et réelles ?

Les compétences déclarées sont celles que le candidat liste dans son CV. Les compétences réelles sont extraites par notre LLM en analysant les descriptions de postes, projets et réalisations concrètes. Cette distinction évite les CVs gonflés et améliore la précision du scoring.
